I ran Color Run Denver today with my friend Roger and his friend Kerry, her husband and two kids. The Color Run is a 5k and the race volunteers throw colored powder on you at various intervals. It’s a lot of fun, not times and a great way to get my run in on my birthday Sunday.

Happy Father’s Day to all the father’s in the world, to all the father’s reading my blog and especially my father, Larry and my stepfather, John. I’m very blessed to have both of these gentleman in my life.
And here’s to my husband, who will one day get a father’s day card from our children (but not today)
